About Us
We’re Jen and Lisa - sisters.
We built this space because we needed it first.
We’ve moved through anger, grief, and an unraveling that forced us to rebuild from truth. We wrote a book about patriarchy and injustice but then couldn’t get rid of the anger. So we searched for, and found, practices that brought us back to ourselves. They helped us root deeply and find joy again.
This space is for those who feel called to come home and are ready to release what is no longer serving them. For those who are ready to listen more deeply and reconnect with the quiet wisdom living within them.
Our work draws from shamanic practices, sound work, intuitive Reiki, plant medicine, and the sacred art of presence, not as things to “do,” but as ways to remember who you are.
Nothing here is about “fixing”, it’s about remembering.
Above all, this is an invitation to live more gently, honestly, and intentionally. To meet life as a living ceremony: One breath, and one moment, at a time.
Light Work
Light Work & Ceremony is a space for healing, remembrance, and living life as ceremony.
Through sound & energy work, presence-based practice, and our apothecary offering, we invite you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and meet each moment with greater care, clarity, and devotion.
Jen is a certified herbalist based in North Carolina (US) and Lisa is a certified reiki, sound, and meditation practitioner based in England. In-person sessions are held in Lisa’s treatment space unless otherwise noted.
Money worries should never block your access to healing modalities so we offer sliding scale & pro bono options.
