We’ll work with energy, sound, embodied presence and shamanic practices to clear what feels heavy or stuck, support release, and help you re-balance.
Our offerings include intuitive energy work (Reiki), presence practice (meditation) and vibration & frequency (sound) sessions; all are available in-person or distance.
These are led by what feels most supportive for you in the moment and there is nothing you need to do.

A deeply personal sound experience tailored to your energy and intention. Combining drumming, crystal bowls, and intuitive guidance, this session supports release, integration, and a return to your natural rhythm.
