New Moon in Capricorn Guided Meditation

Tonight’s New Moon sits at 28 degrees of Capricorn — a threshold degree, the last degree of the Zodiac.

A place of endings.

A place where something has reached its final form before it can no longer continue as it was.

Capricorn governs structure, agreements, the frameworks we live inside of — both personal and collective.

And this New Moon is asking us to plant new seeds inside that old ground, even as parts of it are crumbling.

There’s a paradox here:

We are not being asked to wait until everything is resolved or stable before we begin again.

We are being shown that new life can be imagined, and built, within the ending of old ways.

So the invitation of this New Moon is gentle, but honest:

What new levels of joy, flow, or love are possible for you now, even as familiar structures, identities, or agreements may be dissolving?

You don’t need the full plan.

You don’t need certainty.

Just a willingness to plant something true and to tend it slowly, over time.

Let that be enough.
